A noob left me a note

Yesterday, when I opened my car hood to check my car engine, I found this note slipped at the edge of the windscreen. I have no idea when did the note was left on my car, and was it my english level too low to understand the message. I have totally no idea what was the writer trying to tell me, anyone care to translate for me?

By the way, I parked my car nicely at the roadside just right across of my own house. There is no way that my car will block any traffic, or other house.
